KOKOS is an international recruitment and placement agency established in Perth, Western Australia in 1997. We have international offices in Australia, South Korea, China, Japan and in the Philippines. In Australia, we have offices in the main cities of Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth. OUR JOURNEY
When was KOKOS founded?
Established in 1997 in Perth, Australia, KOKOS International began its journey as a dedicated education and migration consultancy. From its inception, the company focused on providing comprehensive support to both onshore and offshore students seeking quality educational opportunities. As part of its early growth, KOKOS International rapidly built a strong reputation for excellence and reliability. Recognizing the growing demand for diverse study destinations, KOKOS broadened its service offerings to include pathways to esteemed institutions not only in Australia, but also in New Zealand and Canada. To better serve a growing international clientele, KOKOS strategically established a physical presence in key markets, including China, Japan, Korea, and in 2011, in the Philippines, creating a truly global network.
What we achieved?
A pivotal moment in KOKOS International’s history was its appointment as an official agent for all eight prestigious Group of Eight (G8) universities in Australia. This achievement underscored KOKOS’s commitment to connecting high-achieving international students with world-class educational institutions. By early 2024, KOKOS International achieved a unique distinction, becoming the only agency in Korea and the Philippines authorized to represent all universities in Australia. This exclusive position reflects the deep trust and confidence placed in KOKOS by Australian universities, who proactively refer students to the agency for expert application assistance.
What we envision?
As of 2025, KOKOS International proudly celebrates over 28 years of operational excellence in the international education sector. During this time, KOKOS has facilitated the dreams of over 80,000 students, guiding them towards successful study abroad experiences. With a robust network of at least 12 branches worldwide, KOKOS maintains a strong global presence, ensuring students receive personalized support and guidance, no matter their location.

What documents are needed for the application?
Requirements vary by school and country, but generally you’ll need:

- Academic records (transcripts, diplomas, certificates)
- English test results (IELTS, PTE, TOEFL – if required)
- Updated CV/resume (for certain programs)
- Statement of Purpose or personal essay
Can I apply even without IELTS or PTE yet?
Yes! English test requirements depend on your chosen country, course, and institution. We’ll guide you on what’s needed and help you prepare.
Do you assist with scholarships?
Yes! We’ll share available scholarship opportunities from our partner schools and help with the application process when possible.
How long does the application and visa process take?
- Visa processing: Usually 1–3 months
- Overall process (consultation to visa approval): Around 4–6 months
Timelines vary depending on your chosen school and country.
Do you provide support after I get my visa?
Absolutely! We offer pre-departure guidance and ongoing support even after you arrive in your study destination. You can reach out to us anytime during your study journey.
Do you assist with Tourist Visas?
Only if it’s related to a student’s application—for example, a parent or family member accompanying the student or attending graduation. We do not process standalone tourist visa applications.
Can you help with visa extensions or course changes?
Yes! We assist with visa extensions and with changing your course or institution if needed.
